What we perceive with our senses is just a tiny fraction of reality—around 2%. The rest, an unseen 98%, plays a powerful role in shaping our lives.
In this short video, I demonstrate how combining heart-centered intention with emotions can instantly shift energy. You'll see two recordings: in the first, affirmations alone don’t create an energy shift, while in the second, when we engage our heart and emotions, you’ll witness how the energy immediately changes.
I love capturing aura videos because they reveal what truly transforms our reality! 🌟
Curious how essential oils impact your energy? Check out this short video where I demonstrate how applying pure sandalwood essential oil (non-organic, but 100% pure therapeutic grade) instantly expanded the strength of my auric field.
You'll see before and after aura images—a fascinating look at how energy responds to natural elements.
Watch the transformation and see the magic for yourself!
Essential oils have the unique ability to carry our heart-centered emotions and intentions on an energetic level. It's not just about holding a thought in the mind—it's about feeling the emotion deeply in your heart and consciously directing that energy into the essential oil. In this video, you'll see aura images of 100% pure therapeutic-grade organic frankincense essential oil.
Watch as I infuse it with the emotion and intention of love, and see how its auric field transforms!
Recently, I had the privilege of attending a 3-day special topics session with Dr. Ibrahim Karim, the founder of BioGeometry, and a 5-day BioGeometry Applied Skills workshop led by his son, Sayed Karim, in Florida. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Robert Gilbert and Helen Ong from Singapore, along with many other like-minded individuals. What an unforgettable experience! Here is a short 1 minute explanation By Dr Karim on what is BioGeometry
For those new to BioGeometry, it’s a design science that uses the subtle energy qualities of shapes, colors, numbers, and angles to bring balance and harmony to our spaces, promoting overall well-being. The practice is centered around a unique energy quality known as BG3. BG3 is a combination of three specific energy qualities:
BG3 is closely connected to life force energy (prana/chi), and an increase in BG3 automatically raises the life force energy in the environment while harmonizing it at the same time. BG3 and Life force energy are two faces of the same coin.
During the 5-day workshop, we were immersed in powerful high levels of BG3 energy, and the impact was profound:
Most impressively, we saw the balancing effects of BG3 on EMFs, geopathic stress, and other environmental issues brought by modern technology. The energy felt like being on a "high" of balance and vitality.
After returning home, I immediately felt the contrast—an energetic crash—but using the skills learned in the workshop, I recreated a high BG3 environment in my home. The change was instant: the vibrant energy returned, and even my plants seemed to glow with stronger vitality! I’ve also noticed more birds and wildlife flocking to our yard, drawn by the harmonious energy.
If you’re interested in experiencing BG3 for yourself, consider starting with a BioGeometry home kit, which can easily raise the energy in your environment. You can find one here from one of the official BioGeomtery retailers
For those facing health challenges, living in tech-heavy homes, or simply wanting a higher energy space, you can consult a licensed BioGeometry practitioner. Here’s a link to find one near you:

As someone who has explored various energy practices, including Vastu, Feng Shui, and physical body healing modalities for 20 years, I find BioGeometry truly transformative.
Here is a short video by the incredible Helen Ong guiding you step by step on how to use the BioGeomtery Home Kit
Most of us are used to the conveniences of modern life. But few of us are aware of the possible health risks presented by the electronic gadgets that make our world work. Our cellphones, microwaves, Wi-Fi routers, computers, and other appliances send out a stream of harmful radiations which can weaken our immunity system.
The BioGeometry® Home Energy-Balancing Kit was developed and tested as an individual home solution, to be used to reduce the symptoms suffered from environmental stress. The 1 cube home kit covers an area of approximately 3000 sq. ft.
Here is a wonderful interview where Dr Robert Gilbert shares how BioGeometry Biosignatures helped him recover and regain his quality of life after a serious car accident. He had severe injuries in the neck and spine
What is a BioGeometry BioSignature?
Dr Karim created specific linear diagrams that are designed to resonate with the subtle energy systems of the body systems and organs
Each biosignature is a 2 dimensional represention an energy blueprint of a particular organ, function, or system in the body, and when used correctly, they aim to rebalance energetic imbalances. They work on different energy levels, including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual, to restore harmony in the affected area.
BioSignatures can be embedded into objects, worn as pendants, or used in various forms to affect a person's energy field and work without direct contact with the
Dr. Ibrahim Karim, the founder of BioGeometry, recently shared an intriguing perspective on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its current trajectory. He highlighted that AI today is mainly designed around human behavior and patterns, which shapes its learning process. However, Dr. Karim suggests an alternative approach: connecting AI to plant intelligence. Plants, with their divine, natural intelligence, could transform the way we interact with AI, creating a more harmonious, benevolent system.
Dr. Karim further explains that the reality we perceive through our senses makes up only about 2% of the whole picture—the remaining 98%, the unseen, holds the real influence over our lives. By integrating AI with plant intelligence, we would tap into this deeper reality, allowing AI to learn from nature's wisdom. If AI generates a solution that causes a strong negative reaction in plants, that path would be discarded, ensuring AI learns in harmony with the greater balance of nature.
Failing to explore this connection could lead future generations to develop highly efficient systems, yet remain disconnected from the emotional and mental dimensions of existence.
With devices like Music of the Plants and Plantwave, you can listen to the biorhythms of plants translated into calming, therapeutic music.
🎶
Whether you tune into free online plant music sessions or have your own device, here are a few ways to enjoy this unique experience:
Experience the subtle, soothing intelligence of plants and harmonize with nature's energy!
Benefits:
The plant is connected to a PlantWave, which is translating data from a plant into notes. The notes are streamed to a phone with the PlantWave app, containing instruments. Notice how the melodies shift over time. Tune into the relationship between the shifts in the music and changes in light and wind
Tap into the wisdom of nature by bringing a device along on your outdoor adventures. When you listen to nature's biorhythms through these tools, you connect on a much deeper level. This experience can facilitate profound healing and bring about shifts in your subtle energy, enhancing your overall well-being. How To Grow a "No-Work" Flower Garden
Dreaming of a stunning flower garden but don’t consider yourself a green thumb?
No problem! Here are some simple tips for creating an effortless flower garden that requires no weeding, no watering, and no dead-heading—essentially zero maintenance. The best part? All the flowers recommended are perennials, meaning they will return year after year. Plus, you can share the new baby plants with friends and family!
As the remarkable benefits of plants are becoming widely recognized—especially in urban environments—green walls are quickly emerging as both a health-boosting trend and a stylish design choice. Research has shown that living plants improve air quality, reduce stress, and foster a sense of well-being, making them essential in today’s increasingly concrete-dominated spaces.
Green walls, also known as vertical gardens, are growing in popularity in urban settings, both indoors and outdoors. These vertical plant structures not only purify the air and reduce heat but also provide a calming aesthetic, bringing nature into the heart of cities. You can now spot green walls in office buildings, shopping malls, and even private homes, where they serve as a beautiful yet functional feature. However, beware of faux green walls on the market. While they may look appealing, they don’t offer any of the incredible health benefits of real, living green walls.
Green walls are more than a trend—they are transforming how we live and work in urban settings.
